I use wedge sponges, which I change out daily. I own a MAC 190 brush which doesn't work too well for me as far as foundation application goes; maybe I just need more practice with it..?
if i am using a powder or my mac then i use a brush but if i am using a liquid foundation i use my finger tips.. it smoothes out better. if i use my mineral foundation i use my kabuki brush.
I use a lightweight foundation, Benefit! Love it! After applying a primer from Hard Candy I brush it on with a foundation brush. For me the primer helps smooth out my rough areas and keep the foundation from clumping and the brush allows me to get into those areas around my eyes and blends evenly so no makeup line from the chin to the neck!

ReplyDeleteBut when I do use cream (mixed) I use a sponge and when I use liquid I use my hands :P
Most of the time, I apply my foundation with my fingers. I sometimes use a foundation brush or a duo-fiber brush.
