WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 1.8 POUNDS GAINED


I am back!! Moving and other things took a toll on me, I had to step back, analyze the situation and push forward. I am taking full blame for this gain, because I LET it happen. I was so sad, nervous, anxious, I ate and ate...and I realized eating like I was 264 pounds again, was NOT a good idea. Each night I was sick to my stomach!



HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came Mondays of these past two weeks. I started off strong and come Wednesday, I caved and gave in to junk. However, the point is I STARTED OFF strong! So that must count for something since I didn't gain a whole lot! Right?


LOW OF THE WEEK

My choices midweek were poor. I didn't count points. I chose fried, junk and all the stuff I normally wouldn't eat.
 
WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that even though I had a few steps backwards, I will always STOP & start walking forward again. My 100 pound weight loss has taught me to accept the bad because at the end, the good outweighs the bad.
 

TIP OF THE WEEK

I love poptarts...I just dont like the points plus value that comes with them. I found an amazing alternative and it tastes just like a poptart! They come in so many varieties. For 100 calories or 3pp its so worth it!
