I used to drink a protein shake, a bowl of cheerios and a banana, I would space it out. For example eat my shake right when I get up, when I get to my job, I'll eat my bowl of cereal and then close to lunch I'll eat the fruit! It's a must have because I find I have the enrgy to get me throughthe day and I don't get so hungry throughout either.<br /><br />Sometimes I have rice beans and chicken, or mashed plaintains....But typically it's always a heavy breakfast.<br /><br />I also got a second job waittressing thur- sun evenings and I'm always on my feet running around. You HAVE to eat breakfast every mo...Steffie, noooo. You HAVE to eat breakfast every morning. Even if it's just an apple or a banana. Eating breakfast will help you loose weight quicker. I'm not a fan of McD (I saw Supersize Me and was traumatized, lol) but if I'm running late for work I'll grab an english muffin without the cheese and meat.
