Weekly Weigh-In: 1.2 Pounds Down

Well it's that time of the week again, when I fill you guys in on my Weight-Loss. This week I have lost a total of 1.2 pounds! *Go Stef! Go Stef!* I have YET to make my goal of 211 pounds...Why 211 pounds you may ask? Well that is my 5% gone! Remember, you CANNOT make HUGE goals...those will always fail when it comes to weight loss. It took MANY years to gain the weight and its gonna take some time to come off. So be patient. 
 
So with that 1.2 pound loss...My points went down. I started off at 35, then went down to 34 and now I am 33 points! Aye dios mio! Lemme tell ya a point is EVERYTHING , but its for weight loss. One less point, one less ounce of fat on me!
