REVIEW: E.L.F Matte Lip Color Rich Red









I love this color, however I didn't think it looked Matte. I see a tad bit gloss I love e.l.f products and to be honest its affordable and stays on for more than 14 hours!! HUGE PLUS!

WHERE: Walmart (any place that sells e.l.f products)

PRICE: At Walmart it was $3

RATING: 5 OUT OF 5 STARS...

(I wish it was MATTE though)
