WEIGHT LOSS CONFESSIONS

I didn't weigh-in this week. I have been in this game long enough to take a break from the scale and not let it consume me. I'm in a great spot in my life and this week, I didn't want that to break because of some number on the scale. So what! I didn't own it. I deserve a free pass!

I get TONS of questions about how I burn 1000 plus calories. 

Well, here's my method to my madness. 

CARDIO 1 HOUR

Elliptical/Crossramp/ or treadmill

(I switch it it up and do intervals, which if you don't know fast then slow. I usually that's 2 minutes fast, two minutes slow)

WEIGHTS 1 HOUR

I have days

-Arm/arm/chest day
-Leg and butt day

I spend about two hours in the gym! 

You want results, you HAVE to invest in time!
