HIGH OF THE WEEK
I tracked- Oh yes I did!Even had a beer and tracked that! YAY!!!!
LOW OF THE WEEK
I
went into the negatives BUT, yes there is a but I worked out that day to not make it a negative! So it was a negative turned into a positive!
WHAT I LEARNED
I
learned that I need to not be so caught up in that number. 3.4 pounds to go and as long as I keep pressing forward, I know I will get to goal soon!
TIP OF THE WEEK
Keep going!!! I am proof that those baby steps and all that small increments of time, ADD UP! Don't quit!
