I'm up 8 ounces, which is expected after having beer this weekend and pizza! lol. Its okay- I'm still maintaining.

I did pretty good up until Saturday...again. Lol

I cheated Saturday. But hey! It wasn't THAT bad!
WHAT I LEARNED
I learned to not be so hard on myself and have fun!! Im still young and I am enjoying MY life!
TIP OF THE WEEK
I attended 12 weeks of WW meetings and got these spiffy weights FOR FREE! I suggest switching up your workouts. It helps your body so much!!
