I cheated Saturday. In fact, I ate so much Saturday and Sunday, I puked! Consuming food like I was 264 pounds again, was not good and drinking alcohol, was not a smart choice!
WHAT I LEARNED
I learned I cannot eat like I am 264 pounds again!
TIP OF THE WEEK
The only time you should look back, is to see how far you have come...Those little steps, add up!

ReplyDeleteAt work today, a co-worker mentioned how fit one of the female guests were and I commented how cool it would be to partner up with someone who shared a passion for personal fitness... because I don't hassle females about that stuff, I have never dated someone who worked out, ate healthy and trained regularly... it would be nice...
