I have ALWAYS spoke about my struggle with body image. As I grew up and became the woman I am today, I realized, I will never look like those girls in the magazine. In fact, those girls in the magazine will never really look like the girls in the magazines!
My friend Brooke from "Brooke: Not on a Diet" was asked to put a shirt on for her Shape Online Magazine interview.
She refused!
I am so proud of Brooke for standing up to them and for the MILLIONS of young women and women out in the world who are told by themselves or others to cover up.
