This is the second time in about a year or so that you have discussed the things that your dad has done. I know it makes you angry and makes you sad, but instead you need to get ANGRY. You need to talk to the police and possibly the FBU. You need to find out everything and see if you can have your SSN changed. You need to find out if there are extra layers of security that can be put in place so that if someone is trying to register a credit card, bill, whatever in your name, you will get notified of it. GET ANGRY, but you need to also understand your father is not a good mane and you need to not waste any more tears or energy on him.
