A Plan that Works for You!

4:07 PM

So yesterday I gave you a WHOLE spill on myfitnesspal.com and how Weight Watchers was not for me anymore because of it being expensive. Well, I am back on it! Yes, it's worked MIRACLES for me in the past and I think, it's a $40 well spent, not to mention I am doing it with my mom. So Like  I said, if you are a poor college student, myfitnesspal is for you. However, I am a TRUE believer of Weight Watchers. So back I went. I weighed in at a good, thick 222.2 pounds and WHAT! So what is different about this time around?

Well for one the plan, sorta, kinda changed. YOU GET MORE POINTS. Veggies and Fruits (minus canned, juice and dried) are 0 points. Instead of the 35 allowance you get 49. Of course points for food has gone up but in all honesty, I have been on it two days and I love this plan. I will weigh in each Monday and I will show you my progress.

So is Weight Watchers worth? YES.

Is the new plan easy? YES.

Do you guys do Weight Watchers?

Or what fitness regime do you guys go by if you have one?
