Weekly Weigh-In: 3.4 Pounds Down

I lost 3.4 pounds... 
*GO ME!*  

This is MAJOR considering last time I weighed in I had a minor gain. You do not even know how happy I felt...that was a MAJOR ego booster. I have lost a total of 13 pounds. This also means I met my %5 and my FIRST GOAL weight of 211...my next Goal is my 10% which is at 200 pounds. So what did I do different this week...WELL FOR STARTERS!

1. BYE-BYE SODA: You guys must have read about in my post yesterday. I said goodbye to soda. Oh boy did that make a HUGE difference. I feel less bloated, my skin is clearer and my teeth and whiter and brighter.
2. ELLIPTICAL: This bad boy who I will name "Elli" is my best friend and my worst enemy. I actually went from doing 2 minutes on it one day, then 5, then 16, and as of yesterday, I conquered 3 minutes on the bad boy! 

3. WATER GALORE: I drink 3 plus liters of water. 
4. CAFFEINE: To prevent my shakes, I drink tea now.
