My Little Brother the Soldier is Home...

12:03 AM

My brother came home from bootcamp for 2 weeks! I know it's only been a few months, but I think, when you are related to someone in the military, this is a gift. It was so touching to see families all over L.A , lined up at LAX waiting for their soldier. Some with kids, others parents and family. Delta gate 5 was FLOODED with welcome home signs. It was truly emotional to see my brother with a shaved head, in fatigues, and combat boots.

So I didn't diet...TRIED, but after dinner and Sunday it was downhill...Gain or not weigh-in, I celebrated my brother here and had a great time doing it. So here are some pics over the last two days. Enjoy!

P.S: Also today is my brother Joseph's Birthday...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HIM!

Congrats on having your brother home for christmas! My brother's going off to but camp for the navy in April and I'm not sure what I'll do without him. And with the dieting thing, I say as long as you do a good breakfast, and lunch during the holiday season it's okay to be bad at dinner, that how I'm doing it this holiday season.

It's awesome that you can see your brother and be together for the holidays! That food as good as it looks worth breaking any diet.

Beautiful pictures and enjoy him being home. I have a handful of brothers and I can not imagine what it would be like if one of them were a soldier.

I think him being home is worth breaking the diet!
