REVIEW: Montagne Jeunesse Virgin Olive Face Masque

12:00 AM

I'm back with another Montagne Jeunesse mask review and this time I am reviewing their Virgin Olive Deep Cleansing Facial Mask!

Shall we begin? I think so!

INGREDIENTS

Aloe Vera

Olive

Vitamin E

Cocoa Butter

Shea Butter

WHAT'S IT SUPPOSE TO DO?

The mask is suppose to leave you skin "Supple" and soft, all while leaving your skin feeling super smooth and deeply cleansed.

SKIN TYPES

Dry

Normal

Sensitive

BEFORE

I had not done a mask for almost two weeks, so my skin was feeling dirty and grimy! Yuck!

APPLICATION

Okay, this mask smelled like olives meets mint, flowers and nature-WONDERFUL smell!
Came out thicker than most of their masks, which usually means it's intended for a DEEP clean.

Applied! Went on easy! HOWEVER...I felt it burn my skin slightly. I have sensitive skin and It was started to burn me, not alot, but I felt my skin warm up. Which is weird because it was suppose to be a cooling mask. Or so I read.

HARDEN ME UP!

This mask got hard rather quickly, however I still left it on for a good 15 minutes to make sure I get the full effect.

WASH OFF!

Because this mask was thicker than the rest of their line, it took a while to come off, Not THAT long, bit longer than normally. I could already tell my skin was read because it was a tad bit burned...

AFTER

Good news...it really cleaned my skin. Bad news, it burned my sensitive skin...

No bueno. Hey! At least my skin is clean!

OVERALL:

4 out of 5 stars

I think its not meant for sensitive skins. Their masks are usually sensitive skin friendly, but this particular mask was not for MY skin. It may be for yours!

WHERE CAN YOU FIND IT

or at a local drug store.....
