Fitness isn't just physical, its also mental and emotional. To destress from all the heartache, my mom and I went to Glen Ivy, a local spa, to relax and not have a care in the world.
Do you take care of your mental and emotional health too? If so, how?
It is so important to be mentally and emotionally fit above anything else. Its the structure to how we function and live our lives.

My mom and I went to play on the Hydrobike's in Long Beach and it was an awesome workout! Do you do do more outdoor activities in summer?
