Fitness Friday: TKO Soft Grip Jump Rope

 

Happy Fitness Friday! If you have been following me , you would know fitness is apart of my life. Now, now...I don;t claim to be a gym rat. More like a fitness mermaid! I love swimming the oceans of fitness and doing different workouts. So I am ALWAYS looking for fitness related activities that I can do indoors, outdoors, at home or in the gym.

So when I was sent this TKO Soft Grip Jump rope I was excited!

So like always, a little background info on TKO: TKO launched into the fitness scene just under 20 years ago in 1996. Founded by Garry Kurtz, TKO was first a boxing equipment company but has evolved into a health and fitness equipment, accessory and apparel lifestyle-brand.

Boy was this a workout! I burned almost 190 calories in 15 minutes! And let me tell you....A jump rope exercise is truly AN EXERCISE and can be done in the privacy of your home! It was so light weight and the grip was easy on my little hands.

I absolutely loved this jump rope. It makes a great addition to my at-home fitness collection.

Its been hot here in Los Angeles and it made my run so breathable. Nobody likes sweaty pants while on a run and these capri's didn't fail. Kept me dry, comfortable and stylish!
