HIGH OF THE WEEK
My
high of the week came when I tracked...for the MOST part.
LOW OF THE WEEK
I did go over and made it NEGATIVE. It was my Grandpa's anniversary of his death and Saturday I didn't take it too well.
WHAT I LEARNED
I
learned that emotional eating is still an issue.
