WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Up 4 ounes & My Weight Wacthers NEWS!

Hey! Hey! Hey! So Im back..I weighed in last week but because I was "Off" I didnt post it. I am up 4 ounces again. Losing these 4 pounds is HARD!

So youre probably thinking, "Stef, whjats the big news?" 

Well, I got HIRED to be a Weight Watchers recpetionist but I cant start until I lose the last 4 pounds, which bums me out. Im just gonna take life as it is...If WW is meant for me, then it's meant for me. :D



So lets get into my thoughts about my past week!

HIGH OF THE WEEK
I tracked- Oh yes I did! However, I did have a cheat night and ate 4 doughnuts, however, I tracked those too!


LOW OF THE WEEK

I went into the negatives. Again. Those donuts came out to 30 pp NEGATIVE. Wah wah wah!


WHAT I LEARNED


  I learned that TRACKING does a weightloss good!! Lol. No more cheat days for me!
 


TIP OF THE WEEK

I'm experimenting with NEW foods. A blood orange was something new. The word "Blood" appalled me. But I LOVE  these things now! Taste so sweet and yummy! Have you tried a Blood Orange?

HEY! HEY! HEY! Look whose back! I weighed in this week! And I am so happy I did! I finally LOST! Yay! Which means I am only FIVE pounds away from goal! YAY!

So lets get into my weigh-in!

HIGH OF THE WEEK
I tried to track...and it kinda worked! lol!
LOW OF THE WEEK

I went into the negatives. However, I don't think it hindered me at all :D


WHAT I LEARNED


  I learned that I have to stay focused! Keep my eye on the prize!
 


TIP OF THE WEEK

I get a lot of "How do you get back on track?" Well...my tip is : REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED! It's so easy to get off track but you have to remember this is a lifestyle not some rad-fad diet!

I'm back!!! And guess what! I am 6 pounds away from goal! I am super excited to share this weigh-in with you guys. I set a goal for Turkey day and I FULFILLED IT! YAY!!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came ::Drumroll please:: When I tracked on Thanksgiving Day! This is HUGE! Why? Because I have never tracked on a holiday. NEVER! I scarfed down anything and everything I wanted in the past and felt so sick after! WELL! HERE IS PROOF!




LOW OF THE WEEK

I didn't have a low. I am so proud of that too!!


WHAT I LEARNED


  Set a plan and stick to it! During thanksgiving a family member said, "Stef! You dont have to count points!!!" And I had a plan. Just because everyone was eating out control, didn't mean I have too! So when someone comments on you counting points, calories or picking a healthier version unlike them, STICK TO YOUR PLAN!! It will pay off!! 


TIP OF THE WEEK

The holidays are approaching and I encourage you guys to have a plan when you got to a party. Yet have fun! Eat before you head out to the party therefore you wont be eating galore at their party! WHOA-LA!

I gained 8 ounces. Which I find so funny, because I should have pee'd it out. But in all honesty, I deserved that gain.I'll tell ya why!

My high of the week came when I counted my points even though I went into the negative! Yes! I was accountable! HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!! 


LOW OF THE WEEK


I did go over my points...wah wah wah! Looks like it did show on the scale...not that much, but it show!

TIP OF THE WEEK

Tired of the gym? I was! So I took it outside! Sometimes switching it up can make you lose weight faster! It tricks your body because your body has probably gotten into a routine.

I am back in the game! Again...lol. Lost 2.4 pounds! I blame last week to Mother Nature (my period). Yes, I do! LOL! I was really surprised this weigh-in. I honestly thought I was going to lose ounces.

My high of the week came when I worked out like no other! I did cheat but I guess with all the working out I did, I did pretty awesome! 


LOW OF THE WEEK


I did go over my points...wah wah wah! Looks like It didn't harm me.

My high of the week came when I realized I worked out 5 days in a row! SCORE!

I didn't track as well...  BLAH!

  Don't  save your anytime points until last minute!

The pitas made by kermanig are AMAZING! Just for a plain whole one is 1pp!! I would never tell you about a product I haven't tried and trust me, these are too die for!

Hello!!!! I'm back and I am feeling AMAZING!! Amazing I tell ya! So shall we get into it? I think so!

This right here! This was and is my high! I worked my butt off for this! I am 11 pounds away from goal and when I reach 10 pounds away from goal, they will start the process to start working for Weight Watchers. I am so excited because I really want too!

 

LOW OF THE WEEK


I had a cheat meal Thursday and It wasn't anything I wanted...I mean, if you have a cheat meal, it should be what you want. But eh--taquitos were good lol.


WHAT I LEARNED


You put in the work, you get results!!!!


TIP OF THE WEEK
 
It's pumpkin season and McDonald's introduced it's Pumpkin Pie....AMAZEBALLS!!! Instead of getting the WHOLE pie, a 7pp slice does wonders and goes a long way!

I lost despite thinking I gained! I did track, I exercised and I did have a "cheat day" --I really thought the Cheat Day would cause me to gain. Guess not! lol
 

LOW OF THE WEEK


My mom and starved ourselves Friday. We were having so much fun, we forgot to eat. Came 3 and we ate like we hadn't eaten all day...wait WE HADN'T! So that was a low.

I learned that I should NEVER wait to eat! ( O_ O)

TIP OF THE WEEK

I love me some Sausages and Rice! Fresh & Easy has 2pp Sausages! So good and Tasty! For those who calculate calories, only 90! Some are less!

I gained. Its not the end of the world and after my date, the following Saturday was my Auntie and Uncle's 50th wedding anniversary in which I ate gooood! So it was expected..actually more! The cake was DELICIOUS!!!! HAHAHAHA!

My high of the week came when I tracked...for the MOST part. Yet again, lol! Weekends always get me! lol

LOW OF THE WEEK


I did go over and made it NEGATIVE. It was date night Friday and as I said a family function on Saturday. It happens!

 


WHAT I LEARNED



I learned that I have to take the gain with the loss. Its life! You win some, you lose some! I didn't gain 103 pounds back that's for sure!! lol.


TIP OF THE WEEK
This is an old pic of me when I FIRST started working out. I HATED IT, my facial expression says it all. I couldn't last on the crossramp for more than 5 minutes, today my butt is on there doing 6 miles! I didn't start my weight loss journey by working out. I focused on the food. You can tell it wasn't until my second time around on weight watchers I started moving A LITTLE. So if your scared to workout, GO SLOW!! 10 minute walks, something YOU ENJOY! I used to hate sweating but now, I call it my sexy glow. If I can BUILD my way up from 100 calories to 1000 plus calories in 2 years- SO CAN YOU! Keep moving & you'll see results! Baby steps will add up to a bigger picture. I promise!
