So I gained a little again this week. I have a really bad cold and for some reason, I am not one of those people who DON'T eat when they are sick. I CAN EAAAATTT! So lets just get on with the post hahaha.


HIGH OF THE WEEK
I tried to track...did track and pick better options...being sick made it hard to be honest.

LOW OF THE WEEK

I went into the negatives. I was feeding my cold/still am mind you and all I want to do is eat comfort food, sleep, take how showers and blow my mocos right out my face! Was that TMI? LOL


WHAT I LEARNED


  I learned that I could have made better choices...but didn't and that's okay. As long as I get back on the freeway of this lifestyle!
