WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: FIRST Lifetime Weigh-In

12:00 AM

How exciting is this! Obviously My weigh-in posts are gonna come once a month and I will fill Wednesday's with Weight Watchers related topics, so never fear!

It was weird weighing in and knowing I don't have to weigh-in all the time now.

I stayed the same! Which is awesome sauce! YAY! I did have TWO cheat days, in which I totally ate junk galore!

But I'm happy with it.

I decided to not weigh-in until May obviously.

I will probably do my weigh-ins in the beginning of the month!

However, here is a before and after!

Here's a little inspiration for ya!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: I'm Lifetime, now what!

4:12 PM

Now that I hit Lifetime, there are many questions you lovey people have. One in particular...."Will you continue to post Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh-Ins?"

OF COURSE!

Some of you are also confused what a Weight Watcher Lifetime Member is. So I went on their Website and whoa-la!
HERE!

"Lifetime Membership is a valuable privilege you receive after completing your weight loss journey as a Weight Watchers Meetings member. Lifetime membership is only for Meetings members. You receive a Lifetime Membership recognition award when you achieve a weight goal that is within the Weight Watchers Healthy Weight Ranges (or a healthy weight determined by your physician) and are at least 5 pounds less than your initial weight recorded at your first Weight Watchers meeting. After six consecutive weeks of paid Meetings membership within 2 lbs (above or below) of your weight goal, you're awarded Lifetime membership, if you meet these criteria:

- If you've weighed in at least 2 times between the weigh-in where you reached goal, and your final Maintenance weigh-in;

and

- If at your final maintenance weigh-in, you're within 2 lbs of (above or below) your weight goal.

If you're more than 2 lbs above or below your weight goal, you should continue to try to maintain your weight, and keep weighing in weekly until you're back within 2 pounds of your goal. As a Lifetime Member, we encourage you to attend Weight Watchers Meetings -- at no charge and - as long as you are no more than 2 pounds above your weight goal -- in your local area and anywhere in the world. When you attend meetings, don't forget to show your Lifetime membership book to your receptionist/Leader."

So that's the gist of it for ya!

I'm learning so many new things now that I am at Lifetime.

Like for one, I am burning less calories. Which I usually rank in 1000 plus, now I am just happy if I even hit 800 lol. I find myself giving myself SOME leeway when it comes to how I use my Activity points and Weeklies...I still use them all though.

I am still counting points and obviously apart of WW still.

My dream is to be on the cover of a WW magazine, in a weekly, or even in a commercial!

I am aiming big! lol

I didn't weigh-in this week...technically, I don't have too. But I am still going to my meetings. They keep me in check and are good for my soul.

Oh and to explain the picture above, my WW leader sent me this awesome card and when I logged onto the WW site it congratulated me!

How cool is that!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: I HIT LIFETIME!!

12:00 AM

Yes you heard and read right! I maintained my weight for 6 whole , long, weeks and became a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member!

For those of you who don't follow WW plan, it means I showed and proved I can maintain my goal weight and I NOW, I don't have to pay! SCORE!!! I so thrilled! There will be another post with more pics, my mama has them on her phone!

Until then here are some highlights....

YAY ME!!

Oh! And look! I was once a size 22! Can you believe that!! The beginning of my journey...and now! Anything is possible if you believe in yourself!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Maintenance Week Three

12:00 AM

If someone tells you "Maintaining is easy" remember they are WRONG! Losing weight, maintaining weight is equally as hard! Just because I have hit goal it doesn't mean that my journey has stopped. I will always be battling with my weight. Granted I lost this week, I cant keep on continuing to lose. But I am also so happy I didn't gain.

So shall we get into my week.

HIGH OF THE WEEK
I did pretty good up until Saturday.

LOW OF THE WEEK
I had plans Saturday. What I didn't expect was for them to be cancelled. I had ate light all day so I can save some points for dinner and drinks. Well, never combine those two with PMS. I honestly believe since I lost weight, my PMS is worse. I cried hysterically!! I also was starving. I binged ate.

WHAT I LEARNED
I learned to not binge eat and actually eat throughout the day!
TIP OF THE WEEK

I didn't use some magic shake. I didn't pop some measly little pill. And I didn't wrap myself. I ate healthy, I ate in portion control and I busted my butt off in the gym. At 264 all I could do was go for 5-minute walks. That's okay! As long as you move, eat healthy & in portion control, I promise you'll see a healthier you and you will feel healthy. I am proof!! If I can do it- you can.

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Maintenance Week Two

12:00 AM

My second week on Maintenance and I will tell you---It's a BEAST! That's all I can really say about that. I also can say that I had the mentality "Well I am already at Goal Weight!" and truth is, even though I am...I cant think like that! This is something I will be on, a journey FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!

HIGH OF THE WEEK
My gain could have been worse...thats always a high.
LOW OF THE WEEK
I was like, "Well I hot goal, let me indulge!" and went over all my points. Clearly that didn't really matter because I maintained.
WHAT I LEARNED
I learned that just because I hit Goal Weight, I will ALWAYS be in a battle with my weight. This is a life-long romance with myself and my weight. Im enjoying it.

TIP OF THE WEEK

This Diet Coke Frost Cherry is too die for! Low in calories and only 1pp for 16 ounces (a small!) Try a free one by texting Dietcoke to  711711 ! SCORE!!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Maintenance Week One

12:00 AM

So my first week of maintenance was nerve wrecking. However I managed to MAINTAIN! I was so confused by the added points that I was like "What do I do with all these points!?" Some start off using the whole six. But after talking to my leader Cathy, I took her advice and added 1. So 27 points instead of 26. Which now, I have never even realized the value of an extra point. There was hearts in my eyes. lol

So shall we get on to my highs and lows?

HIGH OF THE WEEK

Hitting goal...DUH! Lol That was a huge high!

LOW OF THE WEEK

I was like, "Well I hot goal, lets celebrate!" and went over all my points. Clearly that didn't really matter because I maintained.

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that its my journey and no one Else's. I learned that I need to do whats best for me and even though I hit goal, I will forever be apart of this journey.

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: I HIT GOAL!!!!!

12:00 AM

I HIT GOAL!!!

I am beyond proud of myself! I did something FOR MYSELF, BY MYSELF!!!

So this isn't gonna be like a regular weigh-in post, I am gonna write a tad lol. I am on maintenance now. Which means I need to MAINTAIN my weight for 6 weeks, then I become a lifetime member. I am fiddling with points to find my balance. I started with one and I will see how that goes. If I am losing or gaining I will add or subtract accordingly.

I am so proud of myself and happy with my weight.

I didn't lose weight to be rail then, I wanted to be healthy and I am!

So here are a few pics of my weigh-in!

YAY! ENJOY!!!!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Why I used my No Weigh-In Pass

12:00 AM

I have no shame in admitting when I am wrong, when I need help and when I am a complete and utter B---, you get the drift. Some of you follow me WAY BACK to my "Curvacious in the City" days. Some of you are my friends who have watched me go through this journey right before your very own eyes.

These last few pounds aren't coming off as I would like them too. I dont know if my Body is "Stef! Im done!" but I know the majority of it came when I interviewed by Weight Watchers and ONE thing stuck in my head, "We want you to lose the last 4 pounds."  It stuck. It messed me up. I became so FOCUSED on those few little pounds that I gave myself anxiety. Which I have no shame in admitting, I do suffer from Anxiety every now and then. Then I got a phone call and it totally, like when I say "totally" I really mean ROYALLY messed up my mentality.

One of my friends Ashley pointed out that my weight started going up and down ever since I interviewed. I was a wreck this week.

So with that said, I am no longer caring about the job. I am going to act as if it never happened and let my journey take course and contact them when I am ready.

Here's to a NEW week!

REVIEW: Sporteer Velocity Series V1 Armband for iPhones and Smartphones

12:00 AM

Hello! So my mama bought me this armband at the L.A FitExpo because she knows I am BIG on arm bands while I workout. I am constantly at Ross or Marshall's looking for one I love. Never found one, just ones that make-do.

So because it was an Expo, my mom got it for $20 when it's originally $29.99.

So I want to give you some Background 411 on it, according to the website (HERE)

It features a zippered nylon pocket that fits all iPhone/iPod touch models (including the iPhone 5S/5C) and most smartphones

* with or without a thin or medium-sized protective case.

*Fits device with total dimensions of 130mm x 67mm x 14mm. Not compatible with large-screen smartphones such as Galaxy S3/S4 or htc One - coming soon!

*Interior moisture barrier keeps sweat out and your phone dry Elastic strap for gel pack or earphone cord management Integrated external pocket for a key, credit card, ID, and/or cash Locking zippers eliminate annoying rattling during your workout

* Reflective piping and strap tab for night safety Strap-Lok™ design prevents armband from falling off when adjusted during activity - no more holding your armband in place with your chin!

So I tried it out at the gym. I was a little confused about where my headphones go at first, most arm bands have holes and this armband doesn't. Which I can see the quality of it is amazing.

My headphones didn't budge and it stayed IN PLACE! That was huge for me! Most of my Armbands fall and because I have loose skin, the straps tend to pinch my loose skin, (Embarrassing huh?) This was PERFECT!

I wish my mom had gotten herself one, because it's just an amazing arm band.

You can check other armbands from Sporteer HERE

 Happy Fitness!
