WEIGHT WATCHER RECIPE: Spaghetti Shells!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:



-Jumbo Shells (1 Shell= 1 points, I had 5)
-Spaghetti Sauce (1/2 cup = 2 points plus)
-Lean Turkey Meat (3 ounces= 3 points plus )
-Mozzarella Cheese 
(not pictured because I forgot, but for 1/4 cup= 2 points plus)


STEP ONE


Separately cook the meat, shells, sauce and well the cheese you do not have to cook.


This is the Shell just in case you were wondering how big of a shell I used


STEP TWO


Once the shells are cooked and cooled down, Stuff the shell with the meat and sauce. I used 3 ounces of meat, 1/2 cup of Spaghetti sauce, and 1/4 cup of cheese for all 5.


This is how your stuffed shell should look up close.

STEP THREE

Put your shells in the oven for 5 minutes to warm up and melt the cheese...

and Whoa-La!


 Add a salad in there and you got a filling and oh so tasty meal!


TOTAL POINTS PLUS=  12 pp

Those who aren't doing weight watchers, this is NOT any different from a regular meal. Just us Weight Watcher folks have to count points :) 

A filling meal! Yummy!!!






WEIGHT WATCHER RECIPE: Beef N' Broccoli

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

-Broccoli- O points

-Beef strips- 1 OUNCE IS ONE POINT
(so depending on how many ounces you serve yourself)

-Rice- 1 cup is 5 points

                                                       - Teriyaki Sauce/Soy Sauce
( I used one that was 0 points for one tablespoon. Whatever Asian style sauce you use, make sure you add the points!)

Directions: 

1. Cook the meat in a separate pan

2.Steam the Broccoli

3. While cooking the meat and broccoli, MAKE THE RICE!
4. After both meat and broccoli have finished cooking, COMBINE THEM!

5. Serve your rice first, then on top of the rice, serve yourself the Beef N' Broccoli!
WOAH-LA!




MINE CAME OUT TO A TOTAL OF 8 POINTS.





Favorite LOW POINTS Fast foods!

People think because you are on Weight Wacthers it means you cant eat out! NOT TRUE! So I made a list of my FAVORITE things to eat at a few of my FAVORITE fast food places! 


SUBWAY: Breakfast Egg & Cheese Muffin = 4 points



I fill this baby up with VEGGIES GALORE! I also subsitute the cheese for ham which still comes out to 4 points!

JACK IN THE BOX MINI PANCAKES = 4 pts!
 (Minus the syrup)
If you know me, which some dont, these are my latest obssession and they hit the spot! Honestly, I dont need syrup, them plain suit me just fine...

McDonald's Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Cone= 7 pts

I have a MAJOR sweettooth! and honestly, if I have 7 points to spare and I want some chocolate and ice cream, guess where I am headed...Mickey D's! Foster Freeze has 14 point chocolate dipped, NO THANK YOU! I'll stick to 7 points. Plus if I dont, I use my actibity points or my extra, 

DENNY'S BREAKFAST!= Points vary...Mine is usually 14 for all that food!

I usually will go to Denny's for brunch. Huge breakfast for 14 points, Im there!
