Breakfast Breakdown....

12:23 AM

I am NOT  a breakfast person. Just gonna put that out there. Sometimes it grosses me out , but most of the time I find it a waste of points. I rather use my points on lunch and dinner. However, I weighed in yesterday and my mom wanted to go to Subway for breakfast. Now, Ive been to McDonald's for breakfast plenty of times. *Drools* Them hasbrowns always reel me in. But my mom had tried Subways breakfast and wanted me to try it. So I did. I got the  Muffin Melt, worth 4 points. Instead of cheese though, I substituted it with a slice of Ham. One slice of cheese= 1 point, and one slice of ham= 1 point. So why not substitute it! I got the egg whites, ham, olives, bell peppers and salt n' pepper.

DELICIOUS!

I LOVED this muffin melt better than McDonald's egg McMuffin'. And it's less points (calories)

Have you tired it?

What do you typically have for breakfast?

Steffie, noooo. You HAVE to eat breakfast every morning. Even if it's just an apple or a banana. Eating breakfast will help you loose weight quicker. Check out this article (http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/lose-weight-eat-breakfast). I'm not a fan of McD (I saw Supersize Me and was traumatized, lol) but if I'm running late for work I'll grab an english muffin without the cheese and meat. They aren't too shabby in the calories department. Sodium, however? Ugh. You and I are both going to forever be on the weight loss and maintenance track. You're not alone!

Girl I have a feast for breakfast. It's a must have because I find I have the enrgy to get me throughthe day and I don't get so hungry throughout either.

Sometimes I have rice beans and chicken, or mashed plaintains....But typically it's always a heavy breakfast.

I also got a second job waittressing thur- sun evenings and I'm always on my feet running around. I find that as my gym plus I get paid.

Hey Stef, I must agree with the other commenters BREAKFAST is so important!!!! I used to drink a protein shake, a bowl of cheerios and a banana, I would space it out. For example eat my shake right when I get up, when I get to my job, I'll eat my bowl of cereal and then close to lunch I'll eat the fruit! It really helps!
