WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 0 pounds lost, 0 pounds gained

So I didn't lose nor gain...THAT'S A PLUS! And that happens! I cheated Saturday night when I got hungry late after dinner was made. I'm okay with that! Ill take "Stay the same" over a gain ANY TIME!

I also received my 5k key chain charm for running the bubble run! YAY!


HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came when I worked out for 6 days straight!!! YAY!




LOW OF THE WEEK


I did go NEGATIVE on my points after my cheat meal. Blah!

 


WHAT I LEARNED



I learned that working out cant balance out your cheat meals! lol!
 


TIP OF THE WEEK
Working out gives your body more oxygen! You dont have to go ahrd in the gym/pavement...a 10 minute walk will do just fine! MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!
