WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 1.2 pounds LOST!

I hit my 60 pounds lost this second time around on Weight Watchers which makes it a total of 103 pounds lost in total! YAY! This week I lost 1.2 pounds, which was more than I was expecting since I had Frozen Yogurt the night before weigh-in. So yay for that!!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came when I tracked, worked out and picked healthier option. Same as last week! 




LOW OF THE WEEK


I did go negative Sunday night with Frozen Yogurt, but I wasn't feeling guilty about it. So is that really a low? Probably not!

 


WHAT I LEARNED



I learned that the less I worry about negative stuff, the more positive I feel. CHEER TO POSITIVITY!!
 


TIP OF THE WEEK

60 calories a serving? 2PP for us WW'ers and it's HEAVEN! But when you want a little snacky=pooh, you can spread it on a Special K pastry Crisp for 5pp! YUMMY!!!!
