Get Moving with LifeTrak Move C300

12:00 AM

DISCLOSURE: I’ve received Move C300 activity tracker as a compensation for my time and efforts via Fitspiration For Moms Network. The thoughts, experiences, and opinions are entirely mine

If you know me, you will know after losing 103 pounds, my passion for fitness was amped! I am constantly on the go whether it be at the gym, hiking, zumba, or taking a stroll in my neighborhood just to burn off calories! So when I was sent LifeTrak Move c300, I was more than happy...I was STOKED!

So before I get into the fun part of my review, let me give you the 411 on this little baby!

The LifeTrak Move C300 keeps track of your All-Day Calorie Burn, All-Day Steps and Auto-Calibrated Distance. You can see your progress from the past 7 days with a 24-hour chart to see your progress. It also keeps track of your heart-rate because we all know while working out, heart rate is EVERYTHING! What is neat about this LifeTrak Move c300 is, it's blue tooth operated and can connect with your smart phone. The Android version hasn't come out yet, so you'll have to wait it out my droid users, but use IPhone users with IOS 6 or higher can automatically get it synced on to it's app for you to keep track with the app Argus.

How neat is that?
So, wanna know what I think about this little gadget? I LOVE IT!
At first I had a hard time syncing it to my iPhone, but luckily my not-so-tech self emailed the company and they had someone thoroughly help me! It's even easy for us who aren't tech savvy and customer service was super nice to me!
I wore it all day and it calculated everything from my steps, heart rate and calories!

What was more important to me was the workout portion of it though, since I am always activity. So I wore it to Zumab for three weeks to review the "burn" zumba privides for me and how this heart rate monitor compares to others.

I found that the wristband needs to be a tad tight in order to get a good reading. If it is lose, you wont burn as many calories (according to the watch) However, it did the job and then some! There was no strap to wrap around my chest and really fit my every-day active life. They wristband also comes in different colors!

This is a great monitor if you are in an occupation that requires you to put effort in it, for those of us on the go, and those who like me, like LESS when it comes to what you wear! It's easy to setup and easy to use! Those in the active community would appreciate the Blue-tooth capabilities too! It was neat to look at my phone and see my progress!

They are $59.99 but worth EVERY penny. After all, your health is important and in order to get the best, you must pay a little more for the good stuff.

BUT! Yes, there is a BUT!  You can enter yourself in the giveaway below and  you can win one! YAY!

Good Luck!!!

I would love to start by seeing how FEW calories I burn by being sedentary most of every day and gradually ramping it up.

I have noticed too that the wristband has to be snug around the wrist - great results though. Love your experiment

I spend too much time sitting and working. I do this for a living, but I need to take breaks and move more.

It's cool that it's an activity tracker and HRM in one.
