Sometimes you win some, sometimes you lose some. I gained the .8 I lost last week back, which is NO biggie. I can lose it easy and honestly that was the LAST of my worries this week.

HIGH OF THE WEEK
My high of the week came when I went to buy NEW jeans. I WEAR A SIZE 10 NOW!! Whoa!!! I can fit this bootay in a size 10! YAY!!
YAY!! I texted my mom and she texted me back with "I'm so proud of you FLACA!" In English that means "skinny" hahaha, silly mom! So Sunday I went to church and decided to test these babies out...or shall I say BREAK EM IN!

LOW OF THE WEEK
I had a REALLY stressful week and I binged again. Something has to CHANGE with my situation. I will find a way! Best believe!
WHAT I LEARNED
I learned that I have EARNED my body! I am earning it and I have EVERY right to brag about my size 10 jeans.
TIP OF THE WEEK
So in WW we had a little challenge, make a meal 10 pp or under, included three power foods and two veggies.
So here is my
STUFFED GRILLED CHICKEN PITA
1. In a skillet season you chicken and after its done shred it.
2. In the same pan, saute veggies of your preference. As you can see I used bell pepper, mushrooms and onions.
3. Cut the potatoes into wedges and drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil then sprinkle pepper!
Bake temp. is 400
4. And then Stuff your pita with the chicken and veggies
and the potatoes is your side.
