WW Wednesday!

It’s been awhile since a sista (me, I am the sista) posted WW Wednesday! If you don’t know, Weight Watchers rebranded themselves. I cannot lie to you, I struggled with it at first but I am trying to get my groove back.

I stand at 172 lbs. my lowest was 137 lbs. Hopefully I can get back there.

Each week I am going to share “What I’m feelin’” Andthese are just recipes, items, tools for my journey or aworkout.

So here we go!

WHAT I’M FEELIN’

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1RSN3diM8xFcBPWYetQ_PpRIuvmWJdPgo

This breakfast is my jam y’all!
Appleton Ham slices- Which are 4 for 1sp. I only use one though because one is enough for me and it’s also zero smartpoints.

Eggs - zero smartpoints
Seasoned Choice hash brown patties (4 smartpoints)
HERE IS HOW I MAKE IT!

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1jcj6NmuAXuseUaWZnOVutihQICjvAG2J

Step one: I brown the ham for a few seconds to warm it up and grill it for a bit
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1roDU3FXEwTsB6V987ZX_VzWLXF4deqRG

Step two:

I add the scrambled up egg to it and cook it.

Step three:

While all that is cooking I air fry my patty. Air frying means no oils .

Then it’s done! It’s a filling four smartpoints breakfast and super easy and quick!
Sometimes I just eat the ham and egg alone for zero points .

If you are thinking about WW and want to join, I have a link where you get a MONTH FREE! Just to try it!

Weight Watchers Wednesdays: 3,2,1 Cake

12:00 AM

So I saw this going around on social media and decided to give it a try. It's the infamous "3,2,1 Cake " and if you know me, you know I love me an easy dessert before bed! This was perfect. Mine came out to 2pp for a STANDARD mug. Now, the mug size is up to you. The bigger the mug, the more points! Also points vary with toppings. As you see, I added Light Whip Cream for 1pp, so in total my "3,2,1 Cake" came out to 3pp.

ENJOY!

Weight Watchers Wednesday: Need Help Tracking?

12:00 AM

Just remember this little diddly!

Tracking is KEY!

I can't stress that enough.

Happy Tracking!

Weight Watchers Wednesday: I'm back on the pavement!

12:00 AM

I froze my gym membership last month because I couldn't afford it. The trails have been my gym and since I was out of commission due to a bad abscess on my knee, working out was just not an option and the doctor had me on bed rest.

Well! Im back!

My question is: Do you have a gym membership? Do you workout outside or do you do both?!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: May Weigh-In

12:00 AM

May was such a challenge for me. When I say a challenge, I truly mean I struggled.

Dating that boy had my emotions everywhere. One minute I was crying, next I was happy...caused me to emotionally eat. Not to mention I am still on the hunt for a Full-time job. Then my aunt was in the hospital and that alone causes us to eat out more.

It took me some time to get my head back in the game and I did! CHEERS to that!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEDNESDAY: A gift from Weight Watchers

12:00 AM

If you know me and follow me on IG and my blog, you know I will get a fattening dish and make it healthy. Well, to my luck, Weight Watchers sent me an awesome gift.

It had spices, noodles, spoons, garlic press and even a bowl!

Thanks Weight Watchers!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: FIRST Lifetime Weigh-In

12:00 AM

How exciting is this! Obviously My weigh-in posts are gonna come once a month and I will fill Wednesday's with Weight Watchers related topics, so never fear!

It was weird weighing in and knowing I don't have to weigh-in all the time now.

I stayed the same! Which is awesome sauce! YAY! I did have TWO cheat days, in which I totally ate junk galore!

But I'm happy with it.

I decided to not weigh-in until May obviously.

I will probably do my weigh-ins in the beginning of the month!

However, here is a before and after!

Here's a little inspiration for ya!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: I'm Lifetime, now what!

4:12 PM

Now that I hit Lifetime, there are many questions you lovey people have. One in particular...."Will you continue to post Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh-Ins?"

OF COURSE!

Some of you are also confused what a Weight Watcher Lifetime Member is. So I went on their Website and whoa-la!
HERE!

"Lifetime Membership is a valuable privilege you receive after completing your weight loss journey as a Weight Watchers Meetings member. Lifetime membership is only for Meetings members. You receive a Lifetime Membership recognition award when you achieve a weight goal that is within the Weight Watchers Healthy Weight Ranges (or a healthy weight determined by your physician) and are at least 5 pounds less than your initial weight recorded at your first Weight Watchers meeting. After six consecutive weeks of paid Meetings membership within 2 lbs (above or below) of your weight goal, you're awarded Lifetime membership, if you meet these criteria:

- If you've weighed in at least 2 times between the weigh-in where you reached goal, and your final Maintenance weigh-in;

and

- If at your final maintenance weigh-in, you're within 2 lbs of (above or below) your weight goal.

If you're more than 2 lbs above or below your weight goal, you should continue to try to maintain your weight, and keep weighing in weekly until you're back within 2 pounds of your goal. As a Lifetime Member, we encourage you to attend Weight Watchers Meetings -- at no charge and - as long as you are no more than 2 pounds above your weight goal -- in your local area and anywhere in the world. When you attend meetings, don't forget to show your Lifetime membership book to your receptionist/Leader."

So that's the gist of it for ya!

I'm learning so many new things now that I am at Lifetime.

Like for one, I am burning less calories. Which I usually rank in 1000 plus, now I am just happy if I even hit 800 lol. I find myself giving myself SOME leeway when it comes to how I use my Activity points and Weeklies...I still use them all though.

I am still counting points and obviously apart of WW still.

My dream is to be on the cover of a WW magazine, in a weekly, or even in a commercial!

I am aiming big! lol

I didn't weigh-in this week...technically, I don't have too. But I am still going to my meetings. They keep me in check and are good for my soul.

Oh and to explain the picture above, my WW leader sent me this awesome card and when I logged onto the WW site it congratulated me!

How cool is that!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: I HIT LIFETIME!!

12:00 AM

Yes you heard and read right! I maintained my weight for 6 whole , long, weeks and became a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member!

For those of you who don't follow WW plan, it means I showed and proved I can maintain my goal weight and I NOW, I don't have to pay! SCORE!!! I so thrilled! There will be another post with more pics, my mama has them on her phone!

Until then here are some highlights....

YAY ME!!

Oh! And look! I was once a size 22! Can you believe that!! The beginning of my journey...and now! Anything is possible if you believe in yourself!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Maintenance Week Five

12:00 AM

Guess who GAINED! ME!!! Wah! wah! wah!

HIGH OF THE WEEK
I did pretty good up until Saturday...again. Lol :D

LOW OF THE WEEK
I cheated Saturday. In fact, I ate so much Saturday and Sunday, I puked! Consuming food like I was 264 pounds again, was not good and drinking alcohol, was not a smart choice!

WHAT I LEARNED
I learned I cannot eat like I am 264 pounds again!

TIP OF THE WEEK

The only time you should look back, is to see how far you have come...Those little steps, add up!
