WEIGHT WATCHERS WEIGH IN: I gained 10 pounds

12:00 AM

I wish I could say "I dont know who that happened" but I do. I am not one to sugar coat things. I am dealing with no real job and have been having severe anxiety and been going thru depression. This was a weigh in I didn't cry at all. I am so done over crying and I know I had turned to food to comfort me. I binge ate. I am determined to get back to 145. I have done it before and will do it again. This is life. Life happens.

I have learned I need to be kind to myself.

I thank everyone who has been with me thruough this tough time.

Who support me.

Time for me to get back on track phsically, mentally, emotionally and spitually,

BE KIND TO YOURSELF KIDDOS!

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: Maintenance Week One

12:00 AM

So my first week of maintenance was nerve wrecking. However I managed to MAINTAIN! I was so confused by the added points that I was like "What do I do with all these points!?" Some start off using the whole six. But after talking to my leader Cathy, I took her advice and added 1. So 27 points instead of 26. Which now, I have never even realized the value of an extra point. There was hearts in my eyes. lol

So shall we get on to my highs and lows?

HIGH OF THE WEEK

Hitting goal...DUH! Lol That was a huge high!

LOW OF THE WEEK

I was like, "Well I hot goal, lets celebrate!" and went over all my points. Clearly that didn't really matter because I maintained.

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that its my journey and no one Else's. I learned that I need to do whats best for me and even though I hit goal, I will forever be apart of this journey.

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that I need to not be so caught up in that number. I learned that when I suppress my feelings, It builds up. So opening up to my readers and followers made this week so much easier!

TIP OF THE WEEK

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 6 POUNDS GAINED!

12:00 AM

Well, I owned up to it. After my grandmas death, I vowed to get back on track. You know the saying, "You eat like shit, you feel like shit? Its true! It was my birthday and then feeling depressed, I emotionally ate. So I owned up to it and gained 6 pounds. Life goes on!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

I weighed in! Lol! That was a huge accomplishment for me! Owning up to my gain was a big step in moving forward.

LOW OF THE WEEK

I gained. Need I say more?

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that I have to own to my weight gain and take full responsibility No one put a gun to my head, no one force fed me. It was all my doing.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Get creative with your deserts! Low in points? Kellogg has the Krisps that are 2-3 points, add some fat-free whop cream and drizzle some chocolate! SOOO good and only 3 points! SCORE!

Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh-In: 100 POUNDS GONE!

12:00 AM

As most of you know, I have done Weight Watchers twice. I once weight 264 pounds...I lost 1.6 pounds this week and NOW, I weigh 164.6...

I HAVE LOST 100 POUNDS!

It may have taken me some time, but point is: I DIDN'T GIVE UP! I kept at it!

YAY ME!!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

I tracked points! Even though last Saturday I didn't really track FULLY, I was aware of what I put in my mouth!

LOW OF THE WEEK

I didn't have one! Even though there is still no house, I am feeling positive God will take care of us!

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that I can do anything I put my mind too. Its hard work to lose weight. So I commend those who are sticking out the bad days!

TIP OF THE WEEK

- Throw out the word "Diet"...Diets don't last! LIFESTYLE CHANGES DO!
The word diet is so negative. People often associate it with starving and depriving. THROW THE WORD "DIET" OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!

Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh-In: 0.6 ounces gained

12:00 AM

So I gained 6 ounces. Which is fine. I am not even fretting it. I know I wasn't racking properly and having a stress eating day Saturday. I think most of you all know my stress is on HIGH.

HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came when I got new shorts and I saw just how small my waist is!!

 YAY!!! Good bye fat shorts!

LOW OF THE WEEK

My heart hurt so bad I ate a lot! Wah wah wah! I'm an emotional eater!

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that I come first!

TIP OF THE WEEK
Love chocolate? Skinny cow will cure your craving! 4pp for a pouch or in calorie terms 130

Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh-In: 0.8 ounces gained

12:00 AM

I gained ounces and in all honesty, I was surprised it wasn't more. I had a GREAT time in San Diego and really didn't care to count points, however I did WATCH what I ate...if that makes any sense.

By the way, I'm still at a 55 pound loss! Yay!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came when I really did decide to watch what I ate but not count points, I'm telling you, It could have been worse, but I am proud I stayed active, did TONS of walking and watched my points.

LOW OF THE WEEK

I didn't have a low. I really needed San Diego to go and think. Sort things out in my head. If an 8 ounce gain to you is low, then your crazy! Plus I'm PMSing...gah! lol. But yeah, no lows!

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that sometimes you have to step outside and see the bigger picture. You need to reevaluate, rejuvenate and renovate yourself time to time in order to stay sane.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Theme park? Watching your calories or counting points? NEVER fear! KIDS MEALS! Smaller portions and Theme parks usually have healthy sides. You CAN get a kids meal. All you have to do is ask, if the meal requires an age. Most of the time I explain I am on Weight Watchers and people are so understanding. I always order kids meals! PORTION CONTROL!

Remember: MODERATION NOT DEPRIVATION

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 55 POUNDS GONE!!!

12:00 AM

This lady didn't expect THIS weight loss! I lost 2.2 pounds this week! Whoa!!! As you know 165 is NOT my ULTIMATE goal, but rather a mini-goal I set up to make this less stressful. I learned weight loss is mind game. What your mind can conceive, your body can achieve and for me, to set SMALL goals is more attainable to get to my bigger goal!

However!

I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 55.8 POUNDS!!!!

YAY ME!!!

How awesome is THAT!? I think SUPER DUPER AWESOME! Yeah I just sounded cheesy!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week came when I tried a NEW outdoor activity in THE OCEAN! Peddle boating! IT WAS A WORKOUT! And I was experiencing it with my momma!

I will admit it, The thought in the middle of an ocean with Sea Lions that are bigger than me, SCARED ME!!! After complaining to my mom I was having anxiety, I finally adjusted to it and LOVED IT! It was an amazing experience and I am looking forward to doing it again!

A GREAT WORKOUT!

LOW OF THE WEEK

With crying comes poor eating habits. I really ate like crap this week. It was the reason I had thought I gained.

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that I have to react with NO REACTION. Sometimes my mouth gets me in trouble because I don't know how to let things go. Then it makes me eat. Lol. A sad ugly truth about myself that I am LEARNING the HARD way.

TIP OF THE WEEK
Who said Breakfast cant be AMAZEBALLS?

Went to Denny's with my mom and ordered a "Build your own Grand Slam!" And I ordered...Drum roll please!

Egg whites, hash browns, turkey bacon, and a buttermilk biscuit!

So good!

When you go out to a restaurant, if you don't see ALTERNATIVES, ASK! ASK! ASK!!

Any fast food place USUALLY caters to that too. Always ask for Alternatives to fit you healthy lifestyle. To be honest, just to have a healthy meal lol.

WEIGHT WATCHER'S WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 1.2 pounds LOST

12:00 AM

Guess what ladies and gentlemen! For every setback I have there's an even bigger come back! I LOST 1.2 pounds -SCORE!!!!

HIGH OF THE WEEK

My high of the week honestly was NOT REALLY having a cheat day. Yes I went OVER my points Saturday night and ENJOYED every minute of it, but I was my friend Claudia and I think we could have done some SERIOUS damage! But we shared appetizers and desert, but not our lovely Coronaritas! So all in all...I got some much needed girl time with a favorite of mine and did pretty good!

LOW OF THE WEEK

The last two weeks was STRESSFUL nonetheless however, I think I was being way too emo for my own good and starting to doubt myself and what an amazing woman I am. So I guess my low of the week, was INSECURITY. WAH WAH WAH! It happens to the best of us!

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that I have to RIDE THINGS OUT! I really don't know whats gonna happen in the future. I have to live in the moment because if I start thinking about the future, I panic. I get really nervous and start psyching myself out.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Ahhh TEMPTATION! This week at work there was 3 meetings going on...remember calorie wise and points plus wise....FRUIT will and IS the better option. If none of those meetings or places have fruit, remember...PORTION CONTROL!

12:00 AM

I lost 4.4 pounds and here's the BIGGEST YAY for me, I am out of the 70's! I have been waiting for this day for so long, My plateau was really starting to take a toll on my psyche! But I did it! And I am PROOF Weight Watchers works. This NEW 360 is amazing! And some of you may be wondering, "Why is it called Weight Watchers 360 and not 180?" Good question! 360 means to be aware of your surrounds and ALL aspects of your life and weight-loss. I have talked REPEATEDLY about the mental game in weight loss and have shared with you guys the spirtual and emotional side to Weight Watchers and ANY weight-loss program. Weight Watchers just decided its time to include EVERYTHING around you! Its the best program because you dont give up the foods you love! MODERATION not DEPRIVATION.

HIGH OF THE WEEK
My high of the week came by TRACKING! TRACKING! TRACKING! I bite it, I write it!
.
LOW OF THE WEEK
I didn't get exercise as much as I usually do. I was sick and working out really lazy status.

WHAT I LEARNED

I learned that when you have a GREAT attitude, you get GREAT outcomes!

TIP OF THE WEEK

What do you do if the nutritional information isn't available? OH NO! Lemme tell you MY secret! If I go to a restaurant and the nutritional information isn't available, I will choose healthier options, go home and look online. If its not online, I come out in full detective mode, I will call their headquarters

Why am I telling you this? Because once I sat in my WW meeting and a lady, kept complaining she cheated and had no time to call cooperate or look online. I couldnt believe how negative this woman was. How lazy she was and I questioned why she was at WW to begin with because rigth then and there, she looked as if it was just something to pass her time.

If you dont know the points or calories because its not online, CALL headquarters! THEY ALWAYS HAVE THAT INFORMATION! This is YOUR health and they are there to give you a service.
